Biancolella

Biancolella is mostly grown in the Campania region of Italy (Ischia DOC). Used to produce aromatic yet acidic dry still, sweet and sparkling varietal white wines, and blends in combination with such varieties as Forastera. Biancolella is straw-coloured with green glints, with a minimum 10.5% alcoholic content.
